Great shopping, lots of sales. If you are looking for Big Man's clothing. This place is for you. We found beautiful IZOD shirts and shorts. Ordered 2 more pair of shorts and received very quickly.

Julie in the Men’s department was very helpful to a few of us in our party and checked us out. I went to Clinique afterwards and was helped by Summer who really knew her stuff and was able to help me find something for facial redness (rosacea) & I noticed they sell Men’s Hey Dudes! My husband loves that brand and I didn’t know Belk sold them for men.

Beautiful name brand clothes at very affordable prices. Store is clean and well laid out making it easy to find what you are looking for.

Very busy durring major sales but that is proof that when this place has sales, they really have them. Shoe selection is sometimes confusing. Find a pair you would like to try and ask an employee to get you your size from the back. A lot of homewares and clothes. Great place to start or finish a shopping day. They push the Belk card pretty hard here. But you dont have to have one for all the sales.

I had the best customer service experience I have ever had! I believe his name is Jimmy. He was an Asian man in the shoe department. He was kind, knowledgeable and gave great advice. I don't often shop at Belk but I think I will have to start!

Ms Penny W has been amazing. Looked up online for a dress and went in to search for it. They dont have the size and shes so kind to help me ordered and got delivered to my place. Looked into shoes and couple more items and she provide a phenomenal and professional help. Will definitely go back again. Look for Ms Penny W if you need any assistance and she'll be happy to help.

Charity sale Nov 7-9 (also a sale in June) has significant savings! The $5 charity tickets get credited back at the register (so it costs YOU nothing) plus it stacks on MORE savings on a lot of items. Great way to knock out holiday gifts, bedding sets, clothing, etc. Thank You from the Garden Club of Lakeland Inc, and all the 501c3 charities, for the opportunity to participate!

In the jewelry department I was greeted and helped by a wonderful associate! Julia stayed with me throughout the duration of my experience at Belks. She helped me pick out jewelry based on personal preferences, helped me try them on and gave me honest, credible advice. She truly made my Christmas experience wonderful, I sent several loved ones to purchase jewelry from her in the jewelry department because she was such a joy! I typically don’t write reviews but my experience was outstanding and wanted to give Julia the much deserved credit. Her knowledge on products quality and maintenance was on point. Additionally, she even aided me after the fact when I called the jewelry department regarding another product, she remembered what I purchased and sounded joyful to hear how much I loved my new jewelry. She is knowledgeable on everything Belks related and I had an absolute wonderful experience.
